Health and Nutrition Curriculum

Our aim is to foster the attitude that we all need a strong and dependable body to pursue our lives, and thus, we need to keep our body in good condition. Through cooking, learning about nutrition, daily exercise, and the study of specific health topics, children will develop the understanding necessary in order to make wise choices to protect and nurture their growing bodies. We aim for children to be comfortable in their bodies, to enjoy and value physical movement, to experience the feeling of being part of a team, and to maintain physical fitness.
